How We Work

Defining The Need

Prior taking up any live requirement, our team takes time to understand your requirement in detail. We partner with you to arrange for a briefing session putting together the details of the position on a search parameter. Work commences once the expectations are set and the parameters are signed off by both the parties.

Selecting The Candidate

We start the hunt employing a wide mix of sourcing techniques, ensuring a high visibility of the marketed position to reach the attention of the prospective audience. Our specialist recruiters are committed in sourcing high quality candidates with the right background to be able to meet the client expectations. Every candidate shortlisted is thoroughly assessed and their references are checked prior presenting the candidate to you.

Presenting The Candidate

We present each shortlist with an assessment report that provides total & useful information of the candidate. This process has helped our client Hiring Managers to prepare for the interview in a very short time, and structure the process of interview rightly. We partners with you to conduct the interviews handling the entire hiring logistics to assisting the client in salary negotiation (case to case basis) and keep the candidate warm till s/he is on-boarded.

Joining & New Hire Care

We ensure that the on-boarding of the selected candidate is a delightful experience. We undertake a 90 day program under New Hire Care from the Date of Joining till the end of the 90th day, keeping in touch with the candidate at regular intervals to understand the orientation & initial performance of the new hire and note the client satisfaction. We provide a 90 day replacement clause if the new hire doesn’t meet your expectation.
