We partners with you to conduct the interviews handling the entire hiring logistics to assisting the client in salary negotiation (case to case basis) and keep the candidate warm till s/he is on-boarded.

We ensure that the on-boarding of the selected candidate is a delightful experience. We undertake a 90 day program under New Hire Care from the Date of Joining till the end of the 90th day, keeping in touch with the candidate at regular intervals to understand the orientation & initial performance of the new hire and note the client satisfaction. We provide a 90 day replacement clause if the new hire doesn’t meet your expectation.
